FAQ

#1. “I was told if I don’t complete my booking by 5PM today, that the cruise registration will be closed and I won’t be allowed to register.” 

The deadline for booking on the cruise is March 28, 2020. I have had a few people reach out telling me they were worried because they were told they must register by 5PM that day or they won’t be allowed to register, etc. If you are running an internal contest with specific deadlines, let us know so we don’t miscommunicate to them and provide them with different deadlines. 

  

#2. “I was told that the new agent discount expires today and if I don’t register today I won’t receive the discount.” 

  • The new agent discount is a monthly discount code we have provided to you managers for your teams. This discount is for new agents that are working on being contracted, or who have been contracted in the last 90 days. This is NOT a friends and family discount. 
  • The current discount code is NANOV19. December is NADEC19. If it’s the last day or days of the month, don’t worry. I have these codes set to work for a few days after the end of the month to capture those that might need a few days to decide. These discount codes will be the last two discounts for new agents. We will be rolling out a new promotion starting Jan 1 which you will hear more about soon. 
  • This is the information we will provide to people when they reach out to us. Again, if you have a specific promotion you are running, let us know and we will do out best to provide information that lines up with your contests and promotions. 
  • We have had some managers and other agents using this discount code. We are checking all discount codes and will remove the code from the booking if it is used improperly.  
  • Unfortunately, just like any sale, the promotions for the cruise do have expirations so make sure your having them book in the window or we will be unable to provide them a discount code.  

  

#3. “ I was told I have to pay 100% upfront or my cabin will be cancelled, but I don’t have that money right now.” 

We are hoping to provide as many guests as possible the opportunity to cruise with us so we are allowing payment up until March 28, 2020. We have just recently updated the payments schedule since we are nearing the cruise to the following:

15% Immediate Non-Refundable Fee is due at the time of purchase | Total 100% of balance due on or before March 28, 2020

 **Individuals submitting a new registration under 90 days of the cruise sailing date (April 19, 2020) will be required to pay the entire balance of their cruise registration on or before March 28, 2020. We encourage later registrants to make overage and periodic payments to ensure your cruise registration is paid in full by March 28, 2020. Additional payments can be made at any time by modifying your online cruise registration. Registrations not paid in full by March 28, 2020 are subject to their registration being cancelled per the cancellation schedule below. If previous payments/deposits are less than the cancellation amount due, Symmetry Financial Group reserves the right to charge the credit card on file up the maximum cancellation amount per the cancellation schedule listed below

 **If you have been provided an extended payment plan, you will not need to login to make further payments and the above payment schedule is null and void. Your payments will automatically draft from your selected payment method.

If someone calls with this complaint, we will provide them the same opportunity everyone has to make payments up until March 28, 2020.

#4.  “I have friends or family that want to join us on the cruise. Should I just give them the New Agent Discount Code…” 

PLEASE do not do this. The Friends & Family discount lets us know they will not be attending any of our meetings. We have a specific discount code of FRIENDSFAM for them to you! You can also just simply give them the link to: https://celebratelife.sfglife.com/friends-family/ If they click New Registration from this page, it will automatically give them the Friends & Family rate!

 

Reasons Not To Attend…

When we put off committing to attend SFG’s Leadership Conference, we’ve found it’s typically because of one of these reasons (read in a humorous tone): 1- We are not coachable. This sounds something like: I know everyone says I should go but (insert excuse, justification, or exception on why we are different than everyone). 2- We are not committed. This sounds something like: Let me see if this will work out and catch it next time. Which begs the question: Why would we spend any time in a business where we are not 100% committed to succeeding in?!?! 3- We are self sabotaging. This usually sound something like: I’m super excited to attend conference and am registering right now. (crickets) Man! Conference is going to be amazing, I have no reason not to register, I’ll get to it tomorrow. Instead of asking ourselves why we’re procrastinating, we lie to ourselves… errr, we mean “sell ourselves” on the idea that less than 100% commitment delivers more than 100% results. The reality is, this math doesn’t add up, so if you haven’t pulled the trigger yet,
