Registering/Creating an Account

The ONLY way to create an account that gives you access to mySFGteam.com training is by ***clicking a link we EMAIL you*** once your New Agent Paperwork and State Insurance License has been processed by us.

If you attempt to log in before this, nothing will happen. 🙁

What Email Do I Use?

Use the email we emailed you at. The email comes from admin [at] mySFGteam.com.
If you FORWARD multiple emails to one account, make sure you look to see what email we sent it to.

***Only the email we emailed you at will work when creating your account.***

You can search “mysfgteam.com” and “username” to find the email.
Here is what the subject looks like:

If you don’t find this email it means one of three things:
1- You’re searching the wrong email account.
2- Your paperwork is “pending”, meaning the office emailed you for some corrections and are waiting on you get these updates back OR you are not Licensed yet and your paperwork is “pending” you passing your State Exam before credentials to mySFGteam are issued.
3- It can take up to 36 hrs after your Licensed Packet is approved for you to receive your credentials. So, if you have received confirmation all of your paperwork is in good order AND we have your State License, give the office 24-36 hours to issue you your mySFGteam.com credentials.

I Have Not Received Any Emails To Join mySFGteam.com.

If your paperwork and State License have been processed, you will have your email within 24-36 hours.

While the emails are NOT typically sent to spam/junk folders, it can happen…
Search “mysfgteam.com” and “username” to find the email.
Here is what the subject looks like:

The email comes from admin [at] mySFGteam.com

If you don’t find this email it means one of two things:
1- You’re searching the wrong email account.
2- You haven’t received the email yet. If you have received confirmation all of your paperwork is in good order AND we have your State License, give the office 24-36 hours to issue you your mySFGteam.com credentials.

Login Form Is Missing

Does your screen look like this?

Your browser needs to clear its cache. 
1- Close completely out of your browser and re-attempt. If this doesn’t work
2- Clear your browser Cache (Youtube this if you need help on how to do this)

I've Logged In Before. Now I'm Not Able To Login... HELP!

Here are a few options:

1- You’re already Logged In:

If you see a “Log Out”, Menu option, you are logged in 🙂

 

If you see both of this, you are *Not* Logged in:

2- You’re Using Incorrect Username/ Password:

If you get the “ERROR: Unknown Account” one of two things are happening.
A- You did not set up your account from the link we **emailed** you. (search “mysfgteam.com” and “username” to find the email)
B- You are using the Incorrect UN or PW

If you are 100% certain you have done A, enter the email associated with your account in the “Request Password” form below the Login Section to have your Credentials emailed to you:

I'm Logged In, But I Don't See The On Board Section

If you are logged in don’t have access to what you’re looking for, this means you did not set up your account with the proper email address (the email address you used when you submitted paperwork — this is the same email address where you received the email instructions for how to set up your account). 

If this is the case, they will need to go back to the email which contained the link to create your account and resubmit using the proper email.

Password Request Email Is Blank

Does the email you received have blank credentials like this?

This means the email you entered is NOT associated with your account.

This can be for several reasons:
A- You did not set up your account from the link we **emailed** you.
B- You are using the Incorrect Email associated with your account.

Verify what email you were sent your invitation to login by searching for
A- an email from admin [at] mySFGteam.com
B- Search for a subject/ title including the words “mysfgteam.com” and “username” to find the email

Login Error: Unknown Account

If you get the “ERROR: Unknown Account” one of two things are happening.

A- You did not set up your account from the link we **emailed** you. (search “mysfgteam.com” and “username” to find the email) You MUST do this or any attempt to login will not work!

B- You are using the Incorrect UN or PW

If you are 100% certain you have done A, enter the email associated with your account in the “Request Password” form below the Login Section to have your Credentials emailed to you:

I Lost/Forgot My Credentials

Forget what your Credentials are? Easy Peasy!

Enter the email associated with your account in the section that looks like this on the login page **below** the Login Section and you’ll receive an email with your credentials in a minute or two.

Update Contact Info, Username, etc!

Go to mysfgteam.com/contact-update/ for instructions for updating your name, email, phone #, address, and more!
