MOO has phenomenal Tech support! It’s not uncommon for issues to arise with the Whole Life product Software when you first download it. (like in our video) If you do run into a bump, call their Tech support and they will get you up and going in no time!

(The software is fairly straight forward for each product and shouldn’t need explanation. Plus, AmAm has training on their site once you are appointed with them to explain how to use the software)

Get familiar with each of these Carriers by:
1- Use Virtual Mentor to determine which products to run quotes for.
2- Run practice quotes on yourself, family members families you are going to see from your dial session!
3- Call the Carriers with questions because they have teams ready to serve you! (hint: they LIKE helping new agents! 🙂 )
4- Reach out to your upline to touch base on what you’ve learned and cover any remaining questions!
