In light of all the new compensation announcements, Danny Young got a text recently that triggered the following thoughts – it simply said “Where can you” and then he filled in the rest:
Where can you go where you can own the business you build and that business will stay in your bloodline for generations?
Where can you go and build a business using someone else’s money?
Where can you go and for the cost of a license and the willingness to learn a system, you can become independently wealthy?
Where else can you go and be given the keys to a vehicle that will take you from where you are financially to where you want to be financially, if you learn how to drive it?
Where can you go and work with a company where it’s not as much about making money as it’s about making a difference?
Where can you go and have the opportunity to own your life? A life where no one has their thumbs on you – telling you when to show up and when to go home, or when you can see you kids game, when you can go on vacation and how long you can stay?
Instead it’s life where you can do what you want, with whoever you want, wherever you want, for as long as you want.
Where can you go and work with a company that gives away 20% of the value of the company to the sales force and the home office?
Where can you go and get one client and QMS will work that client for you for years?
Where can you go and work with a company that encourages you to grow personally – to become a better person, a better spouse, a better parent, a better citizen?
Where can you go where you can truly design your own life and write you own story so that it will have the ending you want?
